As the Executive Pastor, Jim manages the church and church staff on a daily basis. In doing so, he oversees the training and development of the staff, serves as the Chief Financial Officer and HR manager, and oversees campus development, strategic planning, and various pastoral duties.
Jim was born in Danville, Indiana, and lived in a suburb of Indianapolis until he was a freshman in high school, when the Collingsworth family moved to Houston, Texas. As a senior in high school, Jim met his future wife, Tammy (they met at a K–Mart!), who was instrumental in Jim coming to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ on September 28, 1981.
After graduating from high school in 1982, Jim went to Texas A & M University in College Station, Texas. It was there that he became convinced, through the study of the word and the encouragement of friends, that he should give his life to the Lord for full-time Christian service. Jim then left Texas A & M, married Tammy in 1984, and moved to Ankeny, Iowa in 1985 to attend Faith Baptist Bible College. Jim and Tammy both graduated from Faith Baptist Bible College in 1989. Jim served as a Church Planting Pastor at the Shawnee Hills Baptist Church in Portsmouth, Ohio, before coming to Antioch in 1993. In 2003, Jim graduated from Baptist Bible Graduate School of Theology in Springfield, Missouri, with a Master of Arts in Church Ministries. During his time ministering in Iowa, Jim served as the Senior Pastor of Valley View Baptist Church in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and most recently as the Senior Pastor of First Baptist Church of Perry, Iowa.
Jim and Tammy have five children: James, Annette, Lauren, Crysta, and Sarah.

Todd was born and raised in Maryville, Missouri. After graduating from High School in 1982, he attended Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville. As a sophomore, Todd met his future wife, Lori. Following their graduation from Northwest Missouri State (Go Bearcats!) in August 1987, Todd and Lori were married in October of that same year and moved to Kansas City.
In April 1988, Lori was invited to the Easter Service at Calvary Baptist Church in Liberty, Missouri where she heard the truth of God's Word and received Jesus Christ as her Savior that Easter morning. God used Lori to pray for Todd's salvation and invite him to church. After several weeks of hearing the Gospel preached, Todd received Jesus Christ as his Savior in his home on June 23, 1988.
In 1991, God brought Todd and Lori to Antioch Bible Baptist Church where they have been active in ministry since that time. Prior to joining the pastoral staff at Antioch, Todd served the Lord in the capacity of a Trustee, an Usher, teaching an Adult Bible Fellowship and other adult classes, as well as participating in Antioch sponsored mission trips. As a result of being actively involved in ministry at Antioch, he became convinced, through the study of God's Word, prayer and the encouragement from Senior Pastor Bob Baier and Executive Pastor Jim Collingsworth, his wife Lori and some close Christian friends, that he should give his life to full time vocational Christian service. In January 1999 Todd surrendered to full time vocational ministry and the following month he was called to come on staff at Antioch starting in April, 1999.
Todd’s passions in life are spending time with his family, encouraging and equipping husbands and wives and dads and moms to have an eternal vision for their marriages and children, and following his favorite sports teams, which include the NWMSU Bearcats, MU Tigers, KC Chiefs, and KC Royals. Todd is currently attending Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in pursuit of his Master of Arts in Christian Education.
Todd and Lori have been blessed with three daughters, two of which who are still in the home and one who is now married and living in Kansas City. Their oldest daughter Hannah is pursuing an undergraduate degree in Biblical Counseling at Boyce College in Louisville, KY; Bethany, married to Jordan Juergens on January 1, 2011, is an Airman in the Missouri Air National Guard, as well as pursuing an accounting degree at University of Missouri–Kansas City; and, Maddie, high school student at Faith Christian Academy in Kansas City.
Brett Francis, Worship Pastor
Hi. I'm Brett Turner Francis, and it is an honor to serve as your worship pastor. My personal mission as a worship leader is, "To lead people in corporate worship by being a worshipper, and to purposefully instruct, inspire, and empower people to live a life of continuous worship." My prayer for Antioch is that each of us will continue to grow in understanding what it means to live a lifestyle of worship. I pray that the worship of our God will go beyond our services and programs.

My wife Erin is originally from Olathe. She and I met in the fall of 1990 when we were 12 and 13 respectively, and after countless proms, homecomings, and a long-distance relationship during college, we were finally married in 2001. We are raising our daughters Brennah, Corinne, and Avelyn, and we always carry the memory of our first daughter Grace, who passed away at birth in 2004.
My education is from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, where I studied music composition and church music. Along with my ministry in the local church, I continue to write songs and produce recordings in my home studio. And when I'm ready for a diversion from music, it's likely that you'll find me wrapped up in a landscaping project.
The next time you see me here at Antioch, please be sure to say hello. I'd enjoy the opportunity to meet you!
